In 1995 ECE developed a signature event with the HOA at Ashburn Village. Located approximately 33 miles west of Washington, D.C. and only minutes from Dulles International Airport, Ashburn Village is one of the largest planned communities in Northern Virginia with more than 5,000 residential units.
For 16 consecutive years, VillageFest grew into a major event with ECE managing all aspects of this 2-day festival. We provided a full carnival complete with 12 major amusement rides, rock-climbing walls, inflatables as well stages for entertainment, tenting, sound, lights and significant entertainment ranging from children's performers, international performers and headline talent. We staff all these components and provide on-site management.
